The basics — what this covers
This notice applies to messhof.buzz and any services offered by Messhof LLC. It covers every interaction you have with the website — browsing pages, submitting forms, or contacting us through the information listed here. If we enter into a client relationship, a separate data processing agreement will govern that engagement separately.
What we collect from you
We collect only what is necessary for the interaction you choose to have with us. There are two categories:
- Information you provide: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you share in your message when you use our contact form or write to us directly.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and visit duration. This is standard data that nearly every website collects for security and analytics purposes.
If we end up working together, we will also collect billing information through a secure payment processor. We do not store payment card numbers on our own systems.
Why we need it
Four reasons, each straightforward:
- Communication: You reached out to us. We need your contact details to respond.
- Improvement: Aggregated analytics help us understand what parts of the site are useful and which are not.
- Security: Basic connection data helps us monitor for unusual activity and protect the site.
- Service delivery: If you become a client, we need your information to fulfil contracts, send invoices, and communicate about your project.
Do we share your information?
No. We do not sell your personal data. That is not our business model. We use a handful of service providers for email delivery, web analytics, and payment processing. Each is contractually required to handle your data only according to our instructions and to keep it confidential. They cannot use it for their own purposes.
If we receive a lawful request from a regulatory authority or court, we will review it carefully and notify you before disclosing unless the law prevents us from doing so.
Your rights over your data

Additional notes
Children: Our services are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us immediately if you believe otherwise.
International transfers: If you are outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Third-party links: The site may link to external websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility.
Policy changes: If we update this notice, we will change the date and post a brief summary of what changed.
